Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of the specific listing and when the cancellation is made. Please review our Cancellation Policy before cancelling to understand what refund you are entitled to.
When refunds are issued
The most common refund scenarios.

Cancelled within free window
If you cancel within the listing's free cancellation window, you receive a 100% refund to your original payment method. No fees are deducted. See your booking confirmation for the exact window.

Vendor cancellation
If a Vendor cancels your booking for any reason, you are entitled to a full refundregardless of the cancellation window. BlessedToursZim will initiate the refund within 2 business days of receiving confirmation of the Vendor's cancellation.

Force majeure
For cancellations caused by government travel bans, declared natural disasters, or other extraordinary events, full refunds or booking credits may be offered at our discretion. Contact support promptly with evidence.

Initiation
Eligible refunds are initiated within 2 business days of a confirmed cancellation. You will receive an email confirming the refund has been submitted to your payment provider.

Credit/debit card refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. PayNow and Paynow Gateway transactions may be faster.

EcoCash & mobile money
EcoCash and OneMoney refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Ensure your registered number is active and able to receive funds.

Non-refundable situations
When refunds generally do not apply.
No-show
Failure to arrive at the hotel or activity at the confirmed time without prior cancellation is treated as a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for a refund under any standard policy.
Outside window
Cancellations made after the free window has closed and inside 24 hours of the start time are generally non-refundable. The listing's policy at the time of booking is binding.
Partial use
If you check in or begin an activity and choose to leave early, no partial refund is available. Refunds only apply to complete unused bookings cancelled before the start time.
