By creating an account, making a booking, or browsing the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Use of the platform on behalf of a company or organisation constitutes acceptance on behalf of that entity.

BlessedToursZim is a marketplace that connects travellers with independent hotels, lodges, safari operators, and activity providers (“Vendors”). We facilitate bookings but are not the direct provider of accommodation or experiences. The contractual relationship for the service itself exists between you and the Vendor.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@blessedtourszim.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Prices displayed include applicable platform fees. Taxes and Vendor-specific fees may be added at checkout. BlessedToursZim uses industry-standard payment processors; we do not store raw card details on our servers.

Each listing displays its cancellation policy. Refunds are processed in accordance with the applicable policy and our Refund Policy page. BlessedToursZim is not liable for losses arising from Vendor-initiated cancellations, though we will facilitate a refund where the Vendor policy permits.

You agree not to: (a) post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; (b) engage in scraping, reverse engineering, or automated access without permission; (c) use the platform for unlawful purposes; or (d) interfere with the security or integrity of the platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

All content, branding, and code on BlessedToursZim is the property of BlessedToursZim or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Vendor listings remain the intellectual property of the respective Vendor.

To the fullest extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, BlessedToursZim's aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the booking giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harare, Zimbabwe, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. For questions, contact us at legal@blessedtourszim.com.
